Part Time Private PA, Notting Hill
REF: PPAC24J01S

Experienced housekeeper with at least 3 years experience in similar role required to join fully staffed household in the heart of Mayfair. This is a 3-day per week role, working on a rota basis with one other Housekeeper, who has been with the family for over 15 years. You should be well organised, energetic, and a great multi-talker. 

 

Typical tasks include:

  • vacuuming and mopping

  • day-to-day cleaning and tidying of regularly used rooms (the family have a cleaner 3 times per week)

  • laundry and ironing

  • recycling

  • food shopping

  • preparing basic meals

  • personal shopping/gifting

  • occasional babysitting

  • full UK driving license preferred, but not essential

 

This is a lovely role, supporting two super successful and busy, but very friendly, individuals and their three young children. The family have one dog so you must be comfortable working with animals. They have a beautiful four storey home within very easy reach of bus/tube links.

Temporary Part Time Private PA, Notting Hill

Experienced Private PA with at least 2 years experience in similar role required to support UHNW family in Notting Hill. This is a temporary 4-day per week role based from the client’s home in Notting Hill, with the possibility to go permanent for the right person. You should be extremely organised, diligent, positive with an unflappable, can-do attitude and great attention to detail.  

 

Typical tasks include:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the family home and three other properties in Dubai, Spain and US

  • Managing all household bills, insurance, passport and visa renewals, car details, recording all household outgoings

  • Personal diary management for the whole family. This includes a husband, wife and one young child

  • Booking all travel and accommodation for the family

  • Managing the weekly and monthly food shops, keeping stock of supplies in the household

  • Managing all private medical insurance and appointments

  • Liaising with all household staff - this includes a live-in cleaner, 2 nannies and a chauffeur 

  • Personal shopping and gifting for friends and family 

  • Organising small scale events such as dinner parties, birthday parties, etc. 

  • Lifestyle management - making dinner reservations, theatre bookings, exhibitions, etc

  • Overseeing household projects and renovations, liaising with contractors when needed

  • Running day-to-day errands such as dry cleaning and returns

 

 

This is an extremely busy and involved role, but incredibly rewarding - you will become a valued part of the family and will be treated with the utmost kindness, respect and gratitude.  Whilst you are only expected to work 4 days per week, you should be flexible outside of this i.e in the evening and on weekends.

Part Time Private and Business PA, Mayfair

Experienced Private and Business PA with at least 5 years experience in similar role required to support a successful, well known entrepreneur in his 30s. This is a part time role, with the potential to move to full time,  based from both the client’s home in Mayfair and office near St Pauls. You should be extremely organised, professional, discreet, detail orientated and confident working autonomously, using own initiative. 

 

Typical tasks include:

  • Ensure the smooth running of both work and personal diary, ensuring there are no clashes

  • Arranging business meetings

  • Overseeing work inbox, delegating and filing as appropriate

  • Manage all international business and personal travel - the client takes at least two business trips per month so experience and confidence in this area is essential

  • Creating detailed travel itineraries - knowledge of the latest hotel and restaurant hot spots across the world would be a huge plus!

  • Managing all personal appointments i.e. grooming, heath and wellbeing, personal trainer, etc

  • Liaising with all household staff - this includes a housekeeper and part time cleaner

  • Organising business and private events 

  • Lifestyle management - mostly dinner reservations

  • Overseeing a house renovation due to start in the Spring of 2024

  • Day-to-day errands and shopping

 

 

This is a fantastic, busy role for a driven, passionate PA who loves what they do. You will become the client’s other right arm!  No two days are the same and you must be adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities with ease.
