Barrafina, Borough Yards

With five Barrafina restaurants across London, we love that we are never far from a plate (or five, or seven...) of our favourite modern tapas in a dependably beautiful setting.

The most recent addition to the critically lauded Barrafina empire is Borough Yards. Only a stones throw away from the iconic Borough Market and set underneath the stunning redbrick Victorian railway arches, this is the first Barrafina to open south of the river.

Nothing compares to the slick confidence of a central open kitchen, especially when ogled from the signature marble slab bar as we catch up with good friends. If you know your pimientos from your buñuelos, the à la carte options alongside daily specials unique to each restaurant mean there will always be something fresh to tempt you.

As dedicated tortilla fans; the refined yet lively Tortilla con Camberones, with lashings of shrimp and alioli ticks all of our gastronomic boxes (available at Barrafina Borough Yards).

If private dining is your preference, there are four dining spaces available for exclusive hire, each offering a dedicated chef to cater for your party.
